Futschiprint
We are futschiprint, a creative duo, with a background in art and photography, from Berlin-Neukölln who specialises in screen printing, primarily working with second-hand, donated or found textiles.
We mainly produce our own designs, created digitally or directly drawn, with various printing techniques.
Our donated piece „Lost colors“ shows halftone screenprints of glas items which are handcrafted in the city of Hebron. The idea was inspired by the beauty of this traditional art industry who once flourished and was known beyond its region but now is struggling with production and export due to the occupation of israel. It is a small attempt to pay tribute to this proud art and admiring its artists.
The sweater is provided by uniqlo and 100% Cotton.
The printing-colors are water based, environmentally friendly and long living.
